Noises for Ritual Architecture The Dornbracht Culture Projects series presents the first collection of Noises for Ritual Architecture in the Bathroom. MEM, LOGIC and ELEMENTAL (vol. 1-3) reflect the relationship between space, material and movement through ritual architecture and invites people to view the bathing experience as a holistic process. The presentation took place in a SoundSpa designed especially for the exhibition.

Performance 2. Performance 2, taking place in September 2006 at the Postfuhramt building, the former Post Office HQ in Berlin, sounds out the body’s physical limits. In his performance on drums, the New York artist Dave Nuss samples the state of ecstasy. In Berlin, in his first ever solo performance, he carried on playing until he was physically and mentally exhausted, surrounded by his audience and a camera, which rotated constantly around him.
